Eva Amurri, daughter of Susan Sarandon, picked a special dress for a night at the opera. She wore her mom’s Donna Karan gown from the 2003 Oscars to the Metropolitan Opera Opening Night Gala in New York City on Monday.<\/p>\n
The dress, a sheer number with a daring low-cut back and a chic mini train, caught everyone’s eye. Its unique asymmetrical sleeves added to its charm. Sarandon first wore this gown when she won Best Actress for “Dead Man Walking” at the Oscars.<\/p>\n
Amurri, now 39, shared photos of herself and her mom on Instagram. She wrote:<\/p>\n

Born on March 15, 1985, to Sarandon and Italian director Franco Amurri, Eva has made her own mark in Hollywood. She’s played Rachel’s daughter on “Friends” and Ruby on “New Girl”. She also starred with Uma Thurman in “The Life Before Her Eyes” and appeared in “Made in Heaven”.<\/p>\n
But acting isn’t all Amurri does. She runs a lifestyle blog and business called “Happily Eva After”, focusing on motherhood and wellness.<\/p>\n
Her mom, Susan Sarandon, now 77, has had a long and successful career in film. Sarandon was with Eva’s dad from 1980 to 1989. Later, she had a long relationship with Tim Robbins from 1988 to 2009. They had two sons together: Jack, born in 1989, who works in film, and Miles, born in 1992, who’s into music and creative projects.<\/p>\n
