Taylor Swift and Gigi Hadid had a girls’ night out in New York City on Saturday. The two friends got together for dinner at The Corner Store in SoHo while Taylor’s boyfriend, Travis Kelce, played football in Georgia.
Taylor showed up wearing a black cropped top with long sleeves and a brown and grey pleated miniskirt. She threw on a khaki green trench coat from Vivienne Westwood and completed the look with snakeskin ankle boots and a small brown handbag. Her blonde hair fell in natural waves with bangs framing her face.
Gigi went for a more casual vibe. The supermodel wore a plain white shirt with loose cream pants and a brown satin trench. She accessorized with gold jewelry and carried a small yellow bag. Her blonde hair was styled in a sharp bob parted to the side.
The friends crossed a busy street and strolled along the sidewalk before entering the restaurant. Staff greeted them and led them to their table. The Corner Store serves classic American food like jumbo shrimp cocktail and Wagyu French dip sandwiches.
Taylor and Gigi have hung out together before. In August, they were part of a big gathering at Taylor’s Rhode Island mansion. Other guests included Travis Kelce, Patrick and Brittany Mahomes, Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds, and Bradley Cooper – who Gigi is now dating.
Taylor and Travis have been together for just over a year. They went public last September when Taylor started showing up at Kansas City Chiefs games to cheer him on. She’s been a regular at his games lately but chose to meet up with Gigi this time instead.
“Taylor and Travis have no immediate plans for an engagement,” a source told DailyMail.com. “They’ve talked about their future together and marriage, but the constant speculation takes away from the authenticity of a potential engagement.”
Taylor will head back on her Eras Tour next month. For now, she’s enjoying some downtime with friends in New York City.
